Fungal Diseases
Four fungal diseases are the main problems in bean cultivation. These diseases are very serious during rainy season (Maha) and difficult to manage without fungicides. Use fungicides recommended by the Department of Agriculture to control these diseases.
Virus Diseases

Four virus diseases are common in bean cultivation.
Infected leaves turn into mosaic or yellow/golden color.
Remove and destroy infected plants as soon as possible to control the disease spread.
Use recommended insecticides against the virus vectors

දිලීර රෝග
බෝංචි වගාවේ ප්‍රධාන දිලීර රෝග හතරක් ඇති අතර නිර්දේශිත දිලීර නාශක භාවිතයෙන් ඒවා පාලනය කළ හැක.
වෛරස රෝග

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බෝංචි වගාව ආශ්‍රිතව වෛරස රෝග හතරක් පවතී.
ආසාදිත පත්‍ර විචිත්‍ර වීම හෝ කහ/රන්වන් පැහැ වීම සිදුවේ.
රෝගී වැල් දුටු වහාම ගලවා විනාශකිරීමෙන් පැතිරීම පාලනය කළ යුතුය.
රෝග වාහක කෘමීන් පාලනය සඳහා නිර්දේශිත කෘමිනාශක භාවිත කළ යුතුය.

நோய் முகாமைத்துவம்

பங்கசு நோய்கள்
போஞ்சி செய்கையில் நான்கு நோய்கள் பிரதானமானவை. இந்த நோய் தாக்கம் உயர் மழை வீழச்சியில் (பெரும்போகம்) தீவிரமடையும். பங்கசு நாசினியின்றி கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியாது. நோயை கட்டுப்படுத்த விவசாய திணைக்களம் பரிந்துரைத்த அளவு பங்கசு நாசினி பாவிக்கவும்.
வைரஸ் நோய்கள்

போஞ்சி செய்கையின் நான்கு வைரஸ் நோய்கள் பொதுவானவை
பாதிக்கப்பட்ட இலைகள் சித்திர வடிவமாக அல்லது மஞ்சள் / தங்க நிறமாக மாறும்
நோய் பரவலை கட்டுப்படுத்த பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தாவரத்தை முடிந்த வரை வேகமாக அகற்றி அழிக்கவும்
வைரஸ் காவிகளுக்கு எதிராக பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட பூச்சிநாசினி பயன்பாடு
