Harvesting
Recommended varieties can be harvested at 3 to 4 months .Maturity can be identified by secretions of from damaged place of vine. If tubers are immature latex production is high.

அறுவடை
பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட வர்க்கங்களை 3 தொடக்கம் 4 மாதங்களில் அறுவடை செய்யலாம். கொடிகளை காயப்படுத்தும் போது திரவம் வெளியேறுவதை பொருத்து முதிர்ச்சி குறியை அறியலாம். கிழங்குகள் முதிராது இருப்பின் திரவ உற்பத்தி உயர்வாக இருக்கும்.
